Anmeldung
Deine Anmeldung/Unterschrift ist verbindlich. Zum Anmelden hast du folgende Möglichkeiten:

Teilnehmerzahl /Kursannullation
Die Anmeldungen werden nach Datum des Eingangs bearbeitet. Deine frühzeitige Anmeldung ermöglicht eine schnelle Kursorganisation und sichert deine Teilnahme.
Kurse mit ungenügender Teilnehmerzahl können nicht durchgeführt werden.
Sprachkurse mit weniger als 6 TeilnehmerInnen können nach Rücksprache mit anderen Konditionen durchgeführt werden.
Den angemeldeten Personen versenden wir spätestens 5 Tage vor Kursbeginn die Informationen per Post.
Bei behördlich verordneten Massnahmen kann eine Absage auch kurzfristig vor oder während eines Kurses erfolgen. Online-Lektionen oder Ersatzdaten werden so schnell wie möglich organisiert und schriftlich bekannt gegeben. Falls wir keine der beiden Optionen anbieten, erstatten wir 50% der verpassten Lektion zurück.
Teilnahmebestätigung/Zahlung Kursgeld
Die Bestätigung/ Informationen für deine Teilnahme versenden wir spätestens 5 Tage vor Kursbeginn. Das Kursgeld ist bis zum ersten Kurstag via E-Banking oder bar im Sekretariat zu bezahlen. Materialkosten sind bar im Kurs zu bezahlen, wenn nicht anders vermerkt.
Probelektion
Bei Sprachkursen und fortlaufenden Kursen nach Absprache mit dem Sekretariat.
Abmeldung
Deine Absage muss in jedem Fall schriftlich erfolgen (Mail oder Post).
Gebührenfrei bis 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn (Posteingang Sekretariat), danach beträgt die Rücktrittsgebühr 25% des Kursgeldes, mindestens jedoch CHF 30.–. Die Gebühr entfällt, wenn ein Ersatzteilnehmer vermittelt wird. 7 Tage vor Kursbeginn oder bei unentschuldigtem Nichtbesuchen wird das ganze Kursgeld verrechnet.
Ausnahmen: Krankheit/ Unfall mit Schweizer Arztzeugnis, pos. Covid-Test und behördlich verordnete Quarantäne, Todesfall in der Familie mit Todesanzeige: 50% werden rückerstattet.
Versicherung
Unfall /Krankenversicherung oder Rücktrittsversicherung ist Sache der TeilnehmerInnen.
Das Loreto übernimmt keine Haftung für Diebstahl und Verlust von Gegenständen.

Enrolment
Your registration/signature is binding. You have the following options to register:

Class size/ Course Cancellation
Registrations are processed according to the date of receipt. Your early registration enables the course to be organised quickly and ensures your participation.
Courses with an insufficient number of participants cannot be organised.
Language courses with fewer than 6 participants can be organised subject to other conditions.
We will send the registered participants information by post at least 5 days before the start of the course.
Cancellations may also be made at short notice before or during a course if measures are ordered by the authorities. Online lessons or alternative dates will be organised as soon as possible and announced in writing. If we do not offer either option, we will refund 50% of the missed lesson.
Course confirmation/Payment
We will send you the confirmation/information for your participation at least 5 days before the start of the course. The course fee must be paid by the first day of the course via e-banking or in cash at the secretary's office. Material costs are to be paid in cash during the course, unless otherwise stated.
Trial lesson
Language course participants can register for a free trial lesson after contacting the Loreto secretary’s office.
Cancelling your course
Your cancellation must be made in writing (email or post).
Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the course (by post to the secretary's office), thereafter the cancellation fee is 25% of the course fee, but at least CHF 30. The cancellation fee is waived if a substitute participant is found. 7 days before the start of the course or in the event of unexcused non-attendance, the full course fee will be charged.
Exceptions: Illness/accident with Swiss medical certificate, positive Covid test and officially prescribed quarantine, death in the family with notification of death: 50% will be refunded.
Insurance
Accident/health insurance or cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
The Loreto accepts no liability for theft or loss of items.
