Advanced program: part 2

Were you a participant in the first series of “Empower Yourself Through Art Workshops”? Due to high interest, we are excited to offer Part 2, an advanced program for those who enjoy making art and have become more empowered through it. This follow-up program includes 6 workshops for deeper self-exploration through art, using various materials like acrylic paint, watercolor, crayons, pencils, and clay.

The modules:
1. Dive into self-care with free-flow painting.
2. Celebrate your superpowers by sculpting with clay.
3. Deal with anxiety using the LOM art therapy technique.
4. Reconnect with your inner child with self-compassion.
5. Transform happiness into positive energy and art.
6. Express gratitude inspired by your senses.

Module 1: Self-care through art
Goal: Gain insights into your self-care routine and enhance your inner peace and balance
During this session, we will delve into the concept of self-care and deepen your understanding of your current routine. Are there areas where you wish to make changes? Perhaps you desire to prioritize more time for activities that recharge your batteries? In this session you will have the opportunity to create flee flow art, purely to make you feel happy without the pressure to perform.

Module 2: Clay and grow
Goal: Engage in play, self-exploration, and enhance your self-esteem.
In this session you will use creative clay activities to express and reflect on your self-worth, gaining new insights and enhancing your self-awareness. This hands-on experience aims to foster personal growth and build a more positive self-image.

Module 3: Anxiety
Goal: Reduce anxiety with the transformative power of art
In this session, we will delve into the theme of anxiety and you will be introduced to an art therapy technique, called LOM (Lösungsorientiertes Malen or Solution-Focused Painting) after Bettina Egger and Jörg Merz.

Module 4: Nurture your inner child
Goal: Reparent your inner child and finner inner peace
Through a series of guided art therapy exercises, you will reconnect with your inner child, explore unresolved emotions, and foster self-compassion.

Module 5: Paint yourself happy
Goal: Get out of your head and find happiness within yourself
This session centers on cultivating happiness and high energy to empower our journey of manifesting our dreams into reality. What brings you joy? What does happiness signify for you? Through specific art activities, we aim to amplify your happiness and establish a strong foundation for the future.

Module 6: Intuitive painting inspired by our senses
Goal: Practicing gratitude through our senses.In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it is easy to overlook the simple pleasures that surround us. Yet, by tuning into our senses and practicing gratitude, we can transform our outlook and enrich our experiences. You will be invited to literally smell, taste, hear, touch, see different things and become inspired to create your art piece.

CHF 120 material costs will be charged in addition.
